We all need time to switch off, recover and unwind and through giving you ideas for journaling, this session will give you some tools and ideas to take away to help yourself with this.In this taster session, we'll discuss the benefits of being creative and starting a journal. We'll create a piece that could be added to your journal you have already started or one you'll begin. Or just take the page and take home to tuck away somewhere safe for now. The aim is to enjoy the process and maybe start on your journaling journey. Further regular sessions coming soon - Wednesday mornings in Crown Street. Let us know if you're interested.

Useful info:All materials will be provided.Please bring your own mug - we'll provided tea and coffee or bring your own drink if you prefer.Parking - nearest car park is Chatham Way. £3.50 for 3 hours - cash needed.
