Anna de Vere, from Wild Breath, is a Breathwork Facilitator and yoga teacher of 13 years.She is passionate about sharing the self-healing capacity of the breath, blending the latest science of breathing &amp; Poly-vagal theory with Pranayama and somatic trauma therapy to create a nervous-system led full-spectrum approach to breathwork. Anna's classes reflect her love of nature, of coming home to the body and feeling fully connected to life. In this session we will explore how the Breath and Nervous system interact. Our Nervous system state effects every aspect of our wellbeing and how we actually experience life. Using the breath we can release stress &amp; unwind tension patterns, find calm and access our natural vitality bringing a renewed sense of aliveness. We can learn to guide our nervous system consciously with our breath and move from states of survival and protection to thriving and connection.
