Alex Partridge got his ADHD diagnosis two years ago and it proved pivotal in understanding himself and why his brain works the way it does. He’s known for launching UNILAD and LADBible but now dedicates his time to mental health advocacy and raising awareness about ADHD and neurodiversity.
