Your sales strategy outlines the most effective and efficient way of converting people who might buy from you into real paying customers and of moving one-off buyers into repeat clients. This workshop will introduce a successful sales approach, including how to fully understand the way that individuals buy and where they are in the buying cycle. By the end of the driving better sales workshop attendees will have explored tools to really understand their customers, what they want, how they buy it and why they might (or might not) be interested in buying.
