Join me in stepping out of the hustle and bustle and into serenity at the gorgeous Stretchy’s studio Birchgrove as we say goodbye to summer and welcome in the month of autumn.Come and get cosy while we do some breathwork to calm and regulate our nervous systems before moving into a beginner friendly yoga flow to release anything we don’t want to take with us into the new season. We’ll then get settled on our mats for a guided visualisation to tap in to feeling our best this autumn.
