Here the focus is not on the outer alignment and what your practice looks like, but rather what it feels like to be You and move as You in each moment.It’s an invitation to be curious and open to whatever arises…a process of Homecoming. Through the use of tools such as free movement, yoga asana, somatics and connection to your breath you are being given the opportunity to reconnect to your body and heart, begin to trust your intuition more and find slower pace and deeper sense of belonging.What to expect?*learn tools to help you self regulate and bring your nervous system into state of more harmony*explore the power and magic of free movement, slower pace, meditation and introspection*immerse yourself in the powerful soundscape*become part of a beautiful communityOpen to all levels, come as you are! ParkingThere is lots of on street parking near the studio. But please make sure you don’t block in any of the neighbours.Public TransportThe studio is less than a minute walk from Chorlton Bus Station. The following buses stop there: 85, 86, 168, 22, 23, 23a, 270.It is also less than a 10 minute walk from St Werburgh and Wilbraham Road tram stops.Cancellation policyYou may cancel for a full refund or reschedule up to 12 hours prior to your scheduled class.
