Yes. Woburn Golf Club has a purpose built practice facility with parking right next to it.

Who can attend the Rise Up and Play sessions?

The sessions are aimed at anyone with a mobility impairment that requires use of a wheelchair or standing frame. Carers, family and friends are welcome to join in, support you and be a part of the day. When registering, only give details of the person who will be requiring use of the Paragolfer.

Is there a cost to the session?

No, these taster sessions are being offered free of charge. They have been kindly supported by the R&A. Clubs will be provided.

Is this a one-off?

If you enjoy playing golf, there will be the opportunity to sign up to regular sessions at Woburn Golf Club.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Please wear comfortable clothing. The practice area is astro-turfed so shouldn't be muddy. However, you never know with the great British weather.
