Join us for a fun morning  of learning how to make delicious risotto and tiramisu, followed by a delicous tasting session!

We are pleased to be welcoming back Iain, a professional chef and college lecturer from South Downs College.This time Iain' Materclass will be showing us how to make both a tasty risotto and a delicious tiramisu. Iain will provide copies of the recipes plus lots of handy tips plus the recipes and of course you will be able to sample the dishes too! Tickets for this event are not refundable as per the HCFWI PolicyAny surplus from this event will go to HCFWI general funds Charity Reg No: 1010437
