Come and join us for our third Unconference** a participant-driven meeting that creates a space for peer-peer learning, collaboration, and creativity.In 2023 we gathered 44 people to talk about Gearing up for Growth, in 2024, we gathered 54 people to discuss Making Difference Work, and in 2025 we are bringing people together to share ideas and think about (Men) Leading Differently.As previously we are limiting numbers - we want to keep it small enough to have good conversations - and so please book early if you want to join us. We look forward to welcoming a mix of buisness leaders (from organsiations large and small) alongside academics and psychologists.We shared the idea of Men Leading Differently last year, and we are responding to the high level of interest in making this our 2025 theme. In order to make sustainable difference in creating more diverse, inclusive, and healthier organisations, those who are in the majority, and especially in positions of power and influence, are key. The majority in these positions (certainly in STEMM sectors) are currently men. We want to go beyond men being allies, to men being change agents. We will be sharing theory and research around actions that have impact, and providing a 'hot off the press' update on our first pilot group.We will prioritise conversation over presentations and we invite you to submit a question that you would like ideas and answers to. <h3>We encourage more than one person to attend from each organisation where possible (and are offering a reduced price for multiple tickets). It is easier to take learning and apply it back in your workplace when it can be done collaboratively.</h3>
