This serves us brilliantly well in many many ways. But we also have the capability to create thought patterns, beliefs and expectations that can trap us or hold us back.
In this session we will consider the difference between having goals and expectations that joyfully motivate and excite us and holding on to expectations, feelings and outdated beliefs that can limit us and cause frustration, irritation, disappointment and even resentment.
We’ll be considering the value of ‘letting go’ and exploring how accepting that some things are outside of our control can be helpful. This acceptance can free up emotional energy allowing us to refocus our time and efforts on new possibilities and outcomes.
