Get Me Out The Four Walls was created to ensure that no mother, father or carer feels alone and isolated at home after the birth of their children. By creating informal social meets we aim to give as many people the opportunity to escape their house and meet others which we believe helps prevent the on-set of parental mental illnesses such as postnatal depression, and helps aid stabilisation of mental health.We also strive to support parents that are struggling with a mental illness by offering peer support and postnatal depression-specific social meets delivered by our friendly non-judgemental ambassadors.

The GMOTFW Hub

Cauliflower Cards is an online printer of Cards, wrapping paper and gifts which offers charities and schools opportunities for families to create their own.Join Eleanor from Creative Planet and the GMOTFW team at one of our sessions to create your very own Christmas card using your child's handprint, footprint or any design of your choice which you can then order prints online with a percentage of the cost being donated to GMOTFW.Over 40 families took part in our sessions last year and we hope to see lots more for 2024!To book a space, complete the booking form and pop along! :-)We will be holding 2 sessions:10.30am - 11.30am12.00pm - 1.00pmPlease note that timings will need to be adhered to, to ensure everyone has adequate time to complete their designs.F or information on how Cauliflower Cards works, please see their website https://www.cauliflowercards.co.ukFamily spaces can be booked for a maximum of 2 children per booking.
