Join the wild and wacky Tanky Smith, Leicester’s renowned policeman, inspector, and private detective, on an intriguing journey. Step into his shadowy Victorian world, brimming with clever disguises and hidden secrets of Leicester.In this Christmas Lights Special of Theatre on the Go, we’ll shed light on Victorian Christmas traditions, exploring their origins and the festive customs that shaped the holiday season we know today.Sat 7 Dec 4.30pm or 6.45pmAge guidance:Theatre on the Go is designed primarily for an adult audience; however, we warmly welcome children and family members to experience the magic of our performances together. Please note that the experience involves walking approximately 1.5 miles. As we walk through the city you’ll not only explore Leicester’s fascinating past, but also get to enjoy the festive glow of the city’s sparkling lights.Don’t miss this unique opportunity to dive into Victorian Leicester's secrets while soaking in the holiday spirit with the city's beautiful Christmas lights!
