<DIV><SPAN STYLE="color: #000000;">This series of <SPAN STYLE="color: #0095ff;"><STRONG>TW Connect sessions </STRONG></SPAN>was created based on feedback from the focus groups and quantitative survey conducted with the CSL Community earlier this year.  </SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN STYLE="color: #000000;">We see them as foundational for strengthening our community of Tightrope Walkers during this critical period, providing an organic setting to:</SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN STYLE="color: #000000;">Each month, we will explore a different headline theme, as indicated in the event title, and discuss the following questions:</SPAN></DIV>

<P><SPAN STYLE="color: #3d72c2;">We ask you to adhere to the following ground rules to ensure that everyone participating in this session can have a great experience:</SPAN></P>

<LI><SPAN STYLE="color: #3d72c2;"><STRONG>Arrive on time, stay till the end.  </STRONG>Obviously there are exceptions to this, but please check with us first unless it is an emergency.</SPAN><BR><BR></LI>
<LI><SPAN STYLE="color: #3d72c2;"><STRONG>Join with audio <EM>and</EM> video, keep your video setting on. </STRONG> You may want to ensure that you have both audio and video functionality on the device that you will use prior to signing up.</SPAN><BR><BR></LI>
<LI><SPAN STYLE="color: #3d72c2;"><STRONG>Give everyone your full attention.  </STRONG>Please turn off notifications on your computer that are likely to pop up and distract you.  Please also place your phone on mute and turn it face down.  </SPAN><BR><BR></LI>
<LI><SPAN STYLE="color: #3d72c2;"><STRONG>Stay on mute unless you are speaking.  </STRONG>This prevents background noise and feedback from interfering with the flow of the session for yourself and others.  </SPAN><BR><BR></LI>
<LI><SPAN STYLE="color: #3d72c2;"><STRONG>Be mindful of how long you speak and watch for cues.</STRONG>  We are keen for everyone to speak up and participate, including you.  However, in order to make this happen, it is important that no one person dominates the conversation.  There is particularly important in these shorter sessions.</SPAN></LI>
