FND Hope UK is a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation in England & Wales #1173607 and a Registered Charity in Scotland #SC048333.Our Missionis to promote awareness, support affected individuals, and advance research for the prevention, treatment and recovery of Functional Neurological Disorder.Our Vision-A world where FND patients can expect to be treated with dignity, care and respect, regardless of the cause of their symptomsOur Objectives:Raising awareness and understanding of the general public into the nature, causes, diagnosis, prevent, treatment and recovery of FND through social media, charitable events, medical conference and any other educational means such as leaflets and bookletsCoordinating a voluntary FND patients register to assist doctors in the advancement of new and ongoing research, prevent, treatment and recovery of FND in partnership with the Genetic Alliance.Working with Medical and Allied Health Professionals to provide a better understanding of FND, improve medical protocols, and promote ethical standards for FND through personal contact, advocacy and training.

SURREY Virtual Online FND Peer Support Group for those diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder and live in the Surrey area

FND Hope UK in collaboration with <a href="https://www.surreyhillsrehab.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Surrey Hills Rehab</a>, are now organising a Virtual FND Peer Group instead of Face to Face . Those living in Surrey can join, and we want those who attend the Surrey FND Peer Support Group to continue being supported and provide a listening ear and meet others also diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder. Come and join Kim with a Cuppa and get to know others diagnosed with #FunctionalNeurologicalDisorder. This is a great way to meet friends, especially for those who find it difficult to leave the house, or where a face to face peer groups have not been organised within your catchment area at this time.
