What are the benefits of using FAIR approaches in data handling?

This webinar will describe the benefits of using FAIR approaches in data handling, where results from your studies are made Findable, Accesible, Interoperable and Re- usable. The „ins and outs“ of working with data in a FAIR manner will be described and how your team can establish a streamlined analysis workflow in the project. The group will also demonstrate the GRIT42 software tool which is used in the AMR Accelerator to aggregate, store and analyse important data sets including reference data on antibiotic and anti-TB compounds from in-vitro and in-vivo studies.Please bring along ideas on what data sets should be made available on a cross- consortia basis and what your needs are in informatics and data management.
