A Mental Wellbeing Workshop delivered as an webinar for Employees and Furloughed Workers

<a href="https://www.ceca.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CECA</a> is partnering with Mates in Mind to offer an outreach programme across the industry. We are offering the opportunity to join one of two Mental Wellbeing Workshops One aimed at managers, leaders and supervisor and the other for employees and furloughed workers during the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. Mental Wellbeing Workshop for Employees – Live Online -	Get everyone thinking and talking about mental health in this 45-minute online session. The session gets us to think about how the current environment impacts our wellbeing, how we can look out for ourselves and our co-workers. <h2>Learning Outcomes</h2>At the end of the session, learners will:•	Understand how the current environment impacts our mental health and wellbeing
•	Identify ways in which to spot issues in ourselves and our colleagues
•	Explore how to look out for your own wellbeing as well as our co-workers Furth
•	Understand how to support someone in crisis and have a better understanding of relevant professional support services available to us.
