In the course of any one day you will assume many roles.Leading your business, managing teams, parenting, caring, teaching, learning; we are living exhausting lives.Finding time to stop and ask important questions about your job, your business, your life, may seem impossible.  But we're here to help you do just that.Whether you are leading a fast growing business, building a career, or balancing caring with work, we are here to ensure you make time to ask the big questions.The tough ones like "Where are we going?" and "Who is the real me?"Then we find the answers together.That's our role and we spend every day helping our clients get the most from theirs.

This Being Human- a series of 6 guided sharing sessions for curious (and kind) leaders.

Unprecedented times call for unprecedented leadership. Coping with so many changes to our lifestyles and working environments has left many grappling with new thoughts about identity, purpose and societal norms.We can learn from this. We can take this ‘pause’ in our ‘normality’ to reflect on past experience and build a caring, fairer world where vocation (from the Latin ‘to call’) is honoured. If you are called to lead family, community, employees, volunteers and/or students towards a kinder and more compassionate world, please join me for this six session series of guided, sharing experiences based on the work of Parker J Palmer. This is a 6 week programme for 6 - 8 delegates, one hour a week from 15th April. Parker J Palmer is an American activist, educator and millions seller author. For more than five decades, he has written and spoken about subjects ranging from contemplation to community, the inner life to public life, education to social change. He is known as one of America’s most thoughtful voices, calling us all to ways of being in the world that honour the human heart and promote a humane society.
