Join Mrs Bosworth for a fun ceramics session! This is a fantastic opportunity for prospective students explore their creativity at JTFS!

<p>The Year 6 Ceramics session is an introductory session to handmade ceramics, to be held at John Taylor free School on Saturday 5th October from 9am-12pm.</p><p>You will learn about the artist David Stabley and we will review his work creating small houses out of clay to inspire us. We will be using a combination of hand building techniques such as slabbing, coiling and imprinting to make individual ceramic pieces. You will create your own ceramic piece, and we will then invite you back to glaze (colour) them. The session can be tailored to each student's starting point and preferences, so if you have never experimented with clay before we will be there to support you (and have fun!).</p>
