Weekend Wellness events

Unwind in nature with Kent Wildlife Trust. Weekend Wellness events featuring mindful walks, forest bathing & creative crafts. Sessions delivered across Kent for anyone looking to improve and maintain their wellbeing

Our 2 hour sessions are jam-packed with Forest School based activities and offer a wonderful opportunity for families to have fun together whilst exploring our beautiful reserve and getting stuck into a variety of activities.Children are encouraged to lead their own learning, doing as much for themselves as possible with help from accompanying adults. Great for problem-solving, communication, creativity and physical development. Growing up with fun experiences in wild spaces can help inspire a love of nature that lasts a lifetime.All children must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum of 4 children per adult.
