Do I need to be a writer to attend?

Accepted Answer

This workshop is open to all, even if you have never written before, this is your chance to try something new for the benefit of your mental wellbeing. No experience is required.

Do I have to share my work?

Accepted Answer

There is never any pressure to share what you have written in the session. It is a safe space and you are able to share whatever you are comfortable in doing so.

Question 3

What if I don't get time to finish what I'm writing in the workshop?

Accepted Answer

These workshops will be monthly so if you don't get a chance to finish a poem, but wanted to share it, you can complete in your own time and share at the start of the next session or come and join us for our Bounty Unleashed open Mic event which are happening on the first Monday of each month.

Will the workshop be recorded?

Accepted Answer

The live workshop will not be recorded, but the details of each workshop with prompts will be sent out to everyone who books on for you to write in your own time.

Question 5

What will I need to be prepared?

Accepted Answer

It would be a good idea to find a quiet space so you can really make the most of this "you" time. Have something to write on whether that's pen and paper or your computer.
