Master the Menopause – a series of events designed to empower and support women during menopause. Are you navigating the challenges of menopause or looking to prepare for this important life stage? Join us for a creative workshop designed to explore the emotional, physical, and psychological transitions of menopause, supported by Becky Wilburn, a Creative Arts Therapist, with over 20 years' experience. Through a blend of art, movement, sound and storytelling, participants will engage in creative expression to better understand and embrace this important life phase. Tickets are £10 and include complimentary refreshments, 10% off Fashion and Sleep for all event guests and exclusive goodies. Joining an in-store event Please arrive at the store at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and make your way to the meeting place, as detailed in your confirmation email.
