Is there on site parking at the event?

Accepted Answer

There is a car park to the rear of the school building and guests are welcome to use this. Please note, the entrance along Castledyke West can become quite congested and we advise caution when entering and exiting the car park.  We ask that visitors kindly respect our local residents when visiting.

Question 2

Can I bring my other children to the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes - there will be an option for parents/older siblings to take children to the reception area to play and explore whilst a presentation takes place in the Main Hall.

Question 3

If I cannot attend the event, will there be another opportunity to look around?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you cannot attend the planned Open Evening, please contact the school and we can arrange another time for you to visit.  We will also be hosting a 'Stay and Play' later in the term, so please keep an eye out for details shortly.

Question 4

Who is the Early Years contact at the school?

Accepted Answer

Mrs Roberts, SENCO,  is Castledyke's Early Years Lead and will be available to speak to at the Open Event, along with other key staff in the Foundation Unit.  Mrs Young, Head Teacher, will also be present at the event to answer any questions you may have.
