The Dragon Café

The Dragon Café provides a unique, relaxing and creative space, open to all every Monday. We are an innovative provider of creative and social support for current, past and on-going mental ill health, offering a wide range of wellbeing & arts activities.

Join us as we begin our day with a gentle and invigorating Qi Gong warm-up. This ancient Chinese practice will cultivate mindfulness, balance, and energy flow, preparing for the creative exploration ahead.
