The Dragon Café

The Dragon Café provides a unique, relaxing and creative space, open to all every Monday. We are an innovative provider of creative and social support for current, past and on-going mental ill health, offering a wide range of wellbeing & arts activities.

In this dynamic session, we will begin to explore Capoeira, learning the fundamental rhythms and movements that form the foundation of this expressive martial art. Together we will discover the joy of movement as we learn to flow with the rhythm and connect with others.No experience needed. All are welcome.
