Mind Sound Resonance Technique (MSRT) - 30 mins of yogic relaxationMSRT is a science backed 30 min yogic relaxation technique which uses sound (spoken and unspoken) to resonate with different parts of the body to help restore flow and induce a deep state of relaxation.Your teacher Josey Crane Burrows will guide you through the technique.What to bring<ul><li>A yoga mat</li><li>A blanket (optional)</li><li>Cushion or bolster (optional, can be helpful for those with any back issues)</li><li>Eye-pillow (optional)</li></ul> About Josey Crane BurrowsJosey Crane Burrows first came across MSRT as part of her yoga teacher training, she felt the calming benefit after just one session and knew that she wanted to share the technique with others.She's been a Massage Therapist since 2007 and in 2020 qualified as a Yoga Teacher whilst living in Singapore. ​She's hugely passionate about health and wellness and a big advocate of food grown in harmony with nature and daily movement (especially in nature) as medicine.
