Experiential in delivery, the course takes you through a step-by-step method to define and redesign your Personal Business Model (the logic by which you create and deliver value).
Based on the Business Model You curriculum, the participants will be taught to design themselves as a business using Tim Clark’s canvas. An understanding of their pain points and key resources will position attendees better in their life endeavours.
