The art classes are designed to help you cope with stress by using simple art techniques that encourage your mind and body to be in a more relaxed state, enabling you to cope with what life has to throw at you on a day to day basis. After leaving a donation of your choice you will enjoy a video prerecord by me, Karol the founder of Spaart Class. This will be at your own pace and in the comfort of your home. If you have no basic art supplies please order a Spaart pack which will be enough supplies for a few Spaart Classes for one person.
