But don’t fret, you can skip them altogether if enlightenment feels like too much effort! Ayhan Alman is a psychotherapist and researcher who spends far too much time overthinking and ruminating. After publishing a couple of academic books, he thought he’d try something 'creative'—because why not make life even more complicated?
