Join Bath Mind this Mental Health Awareness Week for an exclusive session for HR professionals and line managers.

<p>The effects of Covid-19 have resulted in wholesale changes for employers. Teams may have reduced in size, whilst for others, workloads may have increased for businesses to remain operational or viable. </p><p>Whether you employ key workers, or your employees are working virtually from home, this new “norm” comes with many challenges and new legislation. Businesses are having to adapt and change. Therefore, finding ways to <strong>maintain well-being and promote mental health at work has never been more important for employers. </strong></p><p>Creating a culture that <strong>supports good mental health</strong> can reduce the potential costs of mental health related sickness absence and presenteeism and <strong>increase production, innovation, profits and staff retention.</strong></p><h3></h3><h3>What does this session offer?</h3><p>At Bath Mind, we are committed to training responsible employers (including HR, leaders and managers) on how to manage mental health in the workplace. </p><p>Join us this Mental Health Awareness Week as we run a course on how to effectively manage mental health within the parameters of employment law.</p><p>Employment Law &amp; HR Solicitor and Bath Mind Chair Pip Galland will be providing a live seminar on topics including:</p><ul><li>the legislative changes that have been introduced by the Government in response to the pandemic</li><li>the employees’ rights during Covid-19 and steps employers can take to effectively manage their workforce</li><li> the potential employment claims to avoid</li><li>how to promote and champion a strategy covering mental health during lockdown and beyond.</li></ul><p>Cost: £35 per participant + booking fee</p><p>Session platform: Zoom</p><p>Please note, although this is a chargeable service, all proceeds will go to Bath Mind.
