We're focussed on:Community Building: Fostering a strong, supportive peer network with flexible engagement options.Resource Provision: Offering inclusive toolkits, online training, and business development resources tailored to the needs of the group members.Mentorship and Skill Development: Creating a directory of mentors and specialists, facilitate skill swaps, and provide coaching and growth workshops.Networking and Collaboration: Organising regular meetups, events, and think tank sessions that promote collaboration, learning, and celebration of achievements.Advocacy and Awareness: Promoting awareness of women-specific and EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) issues, advocate for fair pay and transparent practices, and provide guidance on funding and legal matters.Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensuring all initiatives are affordable, accessible, and inclusive, with hybrid options and clear communication channels.

You turn up at the appointed time and meet fellow members. No agenda. People turn up with problems, issues or questions they are grappling with or just a desire to connect, listen and contribute.These are monthly get togethers held on the last Thursday of the month. l. And there is no agenda. Depending on the amount of people who are able to join, you may be randomly allocated to a smaller group, and invited to talk about what you are working on at the moment….. You may spark something in the mind of the people listening. And they may do the same for you!
