This online interactive learning session will discuss how active travel is going to play a vital role in London over the next few months.

Join <a href="https://crossriverpartnership.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cross River Partnership</a>, <a href="https://tfl.gov.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Transport for London </a>and<a href="https://www.sustrans.org.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Sustrans</a> for an in-depth, innovative discussion on how we can use active travel to the best of our ability, for future commuting and more, during the Covid-19 pandemic. This informative session will focus on cycling and walking, recent infrastructure improvements and the many benefits of active travel. We will hear from speakers on some of the innovative work already going on in this space.This will be an opportunity for you to better understand the current and future active travel options available to you across London, including important information about the<a href="https://tfl.gov.uk/travel-information/improvements-and-projects/streetspace-for-london" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> London Streetspace Programme</a>, why active travel is so important for health, and how to plan your journey.

Cross River Partnership (CRP) is a non-profit and impartial partnership organisation that has been delivering positive change for London’s residents, businesses and visitors for over 25 years. Transport for London (TfL) is a regional transport authority overseeing all of London's transport operations on behalf of the Mayor of London. TfL has responsibility for London's network of principal road routes, for various rail networks including the London Underground, London Overground, Docklands Light Railway and TfL Rail. TfL run the day-to-day operation of the Capital's public transport network and manage London's main roads.

Sustrans is a UK walking and cycling charity and custodian of the National Cycle Network. Sustrans' flagship project is the National Cycle Network, which has created 16,575 miles of signed cycle routes throughout the UK including 5,273 miles of traffic-free paths. Sustrans works in partnership, bringing people together to find the right solutions.
