After 6 years of trying to conceive, which sadly included babyloss, and following my 4th fresh round of IVF I am, finally, a mum to daughter Wren.I work tirelessly to break the silence around infertility, consulting, hosting events, speaking on podcasts. Cat Strawbridge

A specially curated workshop to support you if you are finally pregnant led by an experienced yoga and meditation specialist.

Please note this workshop is only suitable to those over 12 weeks pregnant.This exclusive 90 minute online workshop brings together a selection of techniques to help you through some of the more difficult bits of your pregnancy including common anxieties such as scanxiety, inbetween movements, unexpected moments of overwhelm and anticipating birth.Led by experienced yoga and meditation specialist Helen Davenport-Peace of the <a href="http://northernskyyogaclub.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Northern Sky Yoga Club</a>.The workshop will provide a selection of safe, useful and enjoyable techniques including breathwork, yoga, sensory strategies, meditation and journaling. All participants will receive a journal document to print off prior to the event.Using the techniques explored during the workshop you will leave with your own bespoke toolkit to support you through those difficult days of pregnancy, during labour and beyond.We’ve chosen midsummer weekend as a significant and celebratory day to meet and gather with other women in a safe space of connection. The summer solstice is often regarded as the peak of our year energy wise and is a perfect time to pause, reflect and intention set. The workshop is on Saturday 20th June from 10am to 11.30am.
