Hear how to promote good mental health for yourself and your team during the pandemic and beyond and the support available

In this webinar we will discuss the mental health implications of coronavirus for Cornwall&#x27;s business community and how we can respond. Cornish businesses are invited to join a discussion of how to support good mental health in the workplace, whether as a business owner or manager of a team. The discussion is hosted by <a href="https://www.ecehh.org/research/the-inclusivity-project/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Inclusivity Project</a>, which aims to understand the small business perspective on workplace wellbeing. Business owners and their staff are dealing with rapid change, circumstances beyond our control, financial and other pressures, and isolation. Staff may be affected by isolation, work stress, juggling caring responsibilities, Coronavirus risk and its inherent anxieties, financial pressures, and some may need support around bereavement.
