Do I need an Eventbrite account to book a place?

You do not need an account to book a place, but to access the booking/session you will be prompted to set up an account, therefore please ensure you set up and have access to your Eventbrite account prior to the session in order to join easily on the day.

Do I need a Zoom account?

Accepted Answer

You can join a Zoom meeting without creating or signing in to an account. Find more details at https://zoom.us/myhome.

Question 3

Do I need to download Zoom?

Accepted Answer

If you join via a web browser (on a computer or on your phone) you do not need to download Zoom. To join via the Zoom app, you can download Zoom from the Zoom Download Centre.

What are my payment options?

Payment is online only, via Eventbrite, using credit card, apple pay or google pay.

Question 5

Can I book for more than one person?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can book for up to 10 people at a time. You will need to enter email addresses for the other attendees you are booking for. This way, they’ll be sent their joining details and it will save you admin on the day.

I can no longer make it, can I transfer my booking to another person?

Accepted Answer

Bookings are not transferable; however bookings can be cancelled up to two days before, please see below.

I can no longer make it, can I have a refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available up to two days before the event, you can cancel your booking in your Eventbrite account (you will be refunded minus Eventbrite fees).

When will I be able to access the Zoom link for the session?

Accepted Answer

The Zoom link will be available 30 minutes before the session start time. You will be able to access it from your Eventbrite account. It will also be emailed to you by Eventbrite (please check junk mail if Eventbrite emails are not received).

What time should I join the Zoom link?

Accepted Answer

The session will start promptly at 12.30pm, we recommend you join the Zoom link a few minutes before the start, a host will admit you. Late comers will not be able to join the session.

How long is the session?

Who is the session suitable for?

The session is suitable for all TRiM personnel.

I am not trained in TRiM, can I attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, although aimed at TRiM personnel in particular, the masterclass will be useful for anyone with an interest in supporting staff in the workplace and those thinking about what TRiM might be able to do for their organisation.

Do I gain CPD hours or similar?

Accepted Answer

There are no formal CPD hours, however we recommend that you record your attendance at the session in your TRiM CPD logbook.

We are not recording the session, we may host further events of this kind in the future if you cannot make this date/time. Please also see our other upcoming masterclasses. Additionally, if you have subject matter that you’d like our experts to talk about at future events, please let us know.

I am having technical issues/I have fallen ill on the day, can I have a refund?

Refunds are available up to two days before the event through Eventbrite. As this a high-volume event, we cannot take responsibility for delegate technical difficulties, software/user errors or dropouts at the time of event. Please prepare for the event by checking your account and software access.
