A one day conference taking place on Friday 29th November at Queen’s University Belfast School of Law will consider Article 2 of the Windsor Framework in wider context. Academic and practitioner contributions will take stock of recent developments in WF Article 2 case law as well as examining the broader implications and potential implications of the provision in relation to issues such as environmental rights, frontier workers, social rights, and immigration policy.
