A Taste of She Leads Change

She Leads Change is a not-for-profit organisation determined to support people to find generative ways of leading positive change.It began in 2018 when a group of women came together in a peer-group to encourage one another to step up into new leadership roles, in new ways. Hundreds of women have subsequently joined programmes which focus on helping change-makers to find more courage, confidence and competence. Our vibrant community gathers regularly and hosts a learning and development programme, a book club and events throughout the year, open to all. We are grateful to organisations including Pearson, Nesta and Orient Capital for their early and ongoing support. We celebrate and appreciate diversity and use surplus funds to offer sponsorships.

Join our webinar to experience the She Leads Change movement at its heart, and find out about our programmes starting this Summer/Autumn that can help you to pause, reconnect and grow new capacities for leading powerful change in the world.+ SLC Open Programme: Our 3-month flagship programme for female change-makers that combines both structured content and peer coaching in a space that allows, and encourages, reflection, realisation and experimentation. It enables participants to find and be their best selves and to lead change more effectively.+ Leading Collective Impact: A 4-month programme for individuals and organisations looking to bring about collective action around a defined challenge, e.g. diversity and inclusion, post Covid-19 realities, the climate crisis. Through a process of reflection, inquiry and prototyping action, participants develop the skills and capacities to develop systemic awareness, to connect and collaborate more deeply, and ultimately, to lead collective impact. + A Brave New World: An ‘expedition’ for change-makers set over three sessions to reflect, make sense of the changing world and explore tools to find a positive way forward. The group is supported, challenged and connected with fellow travellers to encourage collective learning following the Three Horizon model.We run dedicated programmes for women (and those who identify as women or are non-binary individuals) as well as programmes that are open to all genders.
