<p>Tailor made training for the local community based off a scoping exercise conducted in the area. Our survey found that local employees who are facing the community often build relationships with their clients and can be vulnerable to disclosures of gender-based violence. This training gives these workers the tools to respond in a trauma informed way and to be able to signpost relevantly.</p>
