Festive Denim Upcycling - Workshop

White Weft is a creative denim studio based in London, founded by Janelle Hanna—a designer who’s worked with some of the biggest global jeans brands. Concerned by the increasing disposability of this once durable product, Janelle set out to change the narrative. At White Weft, we design, repair, and upcycle denim to keep it in use as long as possible and keep it out of landfills and incinerators.

<p>Join us for a festive workshop at White Weft’s denim studio—a lively, creative haven in Brixton with stunning London skyline views! </p><p>Dig into our denim scraps to create stunning patchwork stars to add a personal touch to your seasonal decorations. Sewing machines will be ready for those who want them, but there’s also a hand-sewing option if you are not machine confident. You'll make at least one star during the session, and take home materials to create two more—perfect to gift to friends and family or add an heirloom to your own tree!</p>
