A healing sound bath to relax and unwind. You don't need to do anything - just let the sounds work their magic!

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of various sacred instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.Let the gentle vibrations wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a deep sense of calm. Sound healing is very effective at many levels to heal and nurture. It is especially good for pain, stress, anxiety and emotional balance.During this event, you will have the opportunity to experience the healing power of sound therapy. Allow the harmonious tones to guide you into a meditative state, where stress melts away and inner peace is restored.Simply bring yourself, a mat, cushions and blankets and a bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothing, and prepare to unwind. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get comfy. The sound bath will begin at 7pm.
