Connected Voice Skills-Building Session for voluntary sector and social enterprise organisations in North-East  England

Connected Voice, the voluntary sector infrastructure support organisation for Newcastle and Gateshead presents this online Skills-Building Session.These sessions are principally aimed at voluntary sector organisations based in or serving Newcastle and/or Gateshead, but for Small Charity Week North-East we are opening these up to organisations from acrossNikki Masterman, MD of Inspire HR will lead this session, with a wealth of advice, tips, and direction to help you with:<ul><li>Getting HR Fit – some hits, tips and guidance to ensure your return to the “new norm” is compliant and well planned to suit your future needs.
</li><li>HR life after Lockdown – what does the future look like for employers. What will be your challenges and what can you be doing/planning to support the return of your employees whilst supporting their ongoing health and wellness.
</li><li>CJRS/Furlough Case Studies – common recent queries and how to manage or respond to the future changes</li></ul>Nikki will be joined by Alasdair Ros, MD of WeDo Group, who will cover<ul><li>Clarifying and clearing away some common myths surrounding health and safety in the charity workplacd
</li><li>Covid Safe Working – bringing you up to date on current guidance and safe working
</li><li>Home Working – DSE guidance and home working consideration for physical and mental wellbeing</li></ul>Registrations from outside our region, and from non-voluntary sector organisations will have to be declined, in order to prioritise the intended audience.Joining instructions will be sent out to successful registrations 24 hours in advance. For security reasons these will not be sent before, and must not be shared with any third party, as they will not be admitted into the session
