Prepare for labour, birth and becoming a parent! Meet other local Mums, Dads, Birthing People and Partners in Essex by joining a group today - choose from a range of fitness sessions suitable for pre and post birth, antenatal sessions or first aid for infant and toddlers!

In-person, pre and postnatal exercise sessions. Meet other expectant and new mums. Feel fitter. Have a drink and chat.

St Catherine's Church

Every Tuesday 10.30am-12.30pm at St Catherine’s Hall, Southend Road, Wickford, SS11 8DZ.These sessions are for both Pregnant and Postnatal women.Pregnant women need to have had clearance to exercise and those who are Postnatal will need to have had their 6 week check before participating. If you have had a c-section, you can join after 12 weeks.Exercise sessions will be adapted to suit all fitness levels, so even if you have never exercised before, come along and give it a go! You might surprise yourself!When you sign up it entitles you to 4 sessions to take weekly. If your baby has an illness or you/baby have an appointment and you have to miss a session, it is still valid for another time. You can however call us on 01268 525758 or email info@parents1st.org.uk to ask to move your booking to an alternative date free of charge.For exercise classes – each ticket entitles you to attend 4 weeks of classes. If you have to miss a session due to sickness or healthcare appointments, you can make this up at another time.
