Always wanted to do yoga but just never got round to it?Practiced yoga before but it's been a while?This course is for you!You will......discover how to balance energy with movement, breath &amp; sound...learn how to flow through gentle sun salutations, working every part of your body....build strength, bone density &amp; muscle tone....improve your mobility &amp; flexibility for fewer aches &amp; pains &amp; injuries with yin practices....discover the joy of conscious relaxation with restorative practices &amp; savasana....calm &amp; soothe your nervous system for deep relaxation, releasing stress &amp; a profound sense of feeling resourced &amp; better able to cope with life's challenge's....have fun, connect with like minded souls &amp; feel more energised.This course runs from Tuesday 21st Jan for 8 weeks at The Gatehouse, upstairs at the Unitarian Chapel in Evesham.6.30-7.30pm
