Can I bring my dog to the fair?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed inside Palm Court or the West Hall, however there are lovely walks around the park.

Question 2

Is the fair fully accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Accepted Answer

Disabled parking, drop off points and buggy service are available. Please ask one of the parking marshals on arrival and they will be able to help. The venue offers wheelchair friendly access.

Question 3

Is there somewhere to eat and drink at the fair?

Accepted Answer

We have two licensed cafes which will be serving a good selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks, soft drinks and alcohol.

Question 4

How many times can I return to the fair once I have bought a ticket?

Accepted Answer

As many times as you wish to! You will be offered a free re-entry ticket when you leave the fair which you can use again and again.

Question 5

Are children welcome?

Accepted Answer

Yes and all children under sixteen are allowed in to the fair for free. We have a fun game for younger children and workshops for older ones.

Question 6

What happens if I buy something?

Accepted Answer

We offer a free wrapping service for all purchases at the fair and you can take your purchase away the same day. Many galleries will also offer a delivery service if required.

Is there parking at the fair?

I thought there was a car park shuttle bus

Accepted Answer

We are offering a free shuttle service from Wood Green and Alexandra Palace Stations. We had hoped to be able to offer a car park shuttle too in the event of poor weather, but are unable to do so. Anyone with mobility issues can make use of the disabled drop off and buggy service, see above.
