We will focus in particular on protecting digital technologies with patents, and discuss how to identify where patent protection may be appropriate, what the process of navigating the patent system looks like, and the costs involved. We will also introduce other relevant forms of IP, including copyright and trade secrets, and there should be plenty of time for questions and answers.
