Young children and babies in arms are welcome to attend this event, but they must be supervised by their responsible adult/carer. The event is suitable for adults of all ages and abilities.

Is lunch available?

Yes, lunch is provided at this event and we ask you to provide any details of dietary needs at the point of registration.  There will along with be teas and coffee served before the start of the event, when doors open at 9 am and during the breaks.

Is there free accessible parking nearby?

Parking is available nearby at pay and display council carparks.  We encourage you to use public transport to reach the event where possible.

The venue is accessible to those with mobility devices as well as those with visual, audible, physical or neurological needs requiring additional assistance. Carers are also welcome to attend events.
