Not at all! The event is designed to be accessible to all skill levels, with modifications available for every activity.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing suitable for movement. Bring a water bottle, and towel. We'll provide any additional equipment or materials needed.

Will food or refreshment be provided?

Yes, breakfast will be served following the exercise class. It was be a vegan/ plant based meal, if you have additional dietary requirements please state at check out.

Can I attend if I'm pregnant or have health concerns?

Absolutely! Please inform us in advance of any health considerations or physical limitations so we can adjust activities to suit your needs.
