The Dragon Café

The Dragon Café provides a unique, relaxing and creative space, open to all every Monday. We are an innovative provider of creative and social support for current, past and on-going mental ill health, offering a wide range of wellbeing & arts activities.

You are invited to join us for this special session with mental health artist Hannah Chamberlin as she facilitates a shared space to explore obstacles and the sense of “feeling stuck”. Working as a group, we’ll develop sentences that can be shared with the group that summarise something you want shifting or want to view from a changed perspective. This is circle work, and we will be using peer support to help each other in a supportive setting.
