Will I need to bring equipment?

All equipment will be provided and available for use during the session! However, feel free to bring your own paddle if you have it!

Do I have to be fit to play?

Accepted Answer

No, you don’t have to be super fit to play pickleball! It's a low-impact game that can be played at your own pace, making it great for all fitness levels. The smaller court means less running, and the focus is more on strategy and fun than intense physical exertion.

Do I have to have experience in playing?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not! This session is designed for complete beginners, whether you have dabbled before or just discovered the sport- all are welcome!

Is there an age restriction?

This course is designed to accommodate 18+ years. Unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept anyone under the age of 18.
