How to get a plan that works, even if you hate planning &amp; strategy work!<ul><li>Got great ideas, but can’t seem to make progress?</li><li>Got a new business project coming up?</li><li>Got ideas &amp; inspiration but feeling daunted &amp; disorganised?</li><li>Don't like spreadsheets and linear thinking?</li></ul>Let's get you a practical and sustainable plan to use. These (no spreadsheet) methods have helped secure £millions in project funding - now I am sharing them with the small business community.This half day, in person workshop for solopreneurs and small business owners is designed to give you time and space to develop a sustainable plan, one that is just right for you.If you’ve got an idea, dream or vision, but have been floundering around, not making as much progress as you would like, this workshop is for you!We’ll be tapping into your future joy to create a compelling and practical plan that you can use to make your dreams come true; aka ‘manifestation’.I love working with people who can weave their dreams into reality.We have no time to waste! The people you set up your business to help need you to be taking confident, decisive action. They also need you to be working sustainably, taking care if yourself, well, as you do your work.Come! There will be coloured pens, large sheets of paper and other purpose inspired small business people who love making a difference.By the end of the workshop, I want you to:<ul><li>have clarity about exactly what you want to create &amp; achieve;</li><li>understand what actions you need to take in order to make your dreams come true.</li></ul>I'll be supporting you to get really clear about the future and to consider fresh perspectives &amp; ideas. There will be a bit of light meditation and time for pause &amp; reflection. We will be using the four elements to playfully explore and amplify your ideas.This will be a small group and I'll be on hand to answer individual questions.You won't be talking much, and you will have plenty of opportunity to write and draw up some plans during the workshop.By the end of it, you will have an understanding of which actions to take, and when. One of those actions might be to utilise spreadsheets and task management tools to support you to implement your plan, but we won't be using them during the workshop. This is a nourishing and creative space for you to polish that gem of an idea you've got.In addition to writing in your notebook, there will be flipchart paper, coloured pens &amp; post-it notes for drawing, scribbling and thinking on. To help you implement your plan, we will be meeting for coffee and an hour's follow up discussion a week later at Stroud Brewery 10-11am. What to bring to help you enJOY the process:<ul><li>your favourite pen and notebook</li><li>wear a favourite or significant item</li><li>optional - your own favourite coloured pens &amp; pencils</li></ul>We won't be using:<ul><li>phones &amp; laptops (unless you need to look something up)</li><li>old or stale ideas</li><li>the pressure of expectations (yours/other people's)</li></ul>Dress so that you feel good: whatever is right for you. In this workshop, what matters most is that you are prioritising you and your work.We will be finished by 1.00pm, freeing you up to go for lunch together, should you wish to.Refreshments: light refreshments are included. If you have specific dietary needs, please bring a favourite nibbly snack. You will also be able to purchase food and drink from the Taproom on the ground floor. Limited access: we will be using the loft space at the Brewery. The lift only goes as far as the floor below, so regrettably access to this workshop is limited to people who can use stairs.
