Healthy Eating & Lifestyle Behaviour Change Training for the Workforce (West Northants only) - Part 1- Nutrition and food education.

This is open to workers in West Northants only. Public Health in West Northamptonshire have teamed up with Community Health-Works UK CIC to offer free training on healthy eating and lifestlye behaviour change for different groups in the workforce who work with adults and familes.The training includes:<ul><li>Nutrition – key evidenced messages</li><li>Links between food and oral health</li><li>Applying healthy eating messages into food selection and cooking habits</li><li>Skills and knowledge to deliver healthy eating sessions and apply the learning in their local context</li><li>Use the knowledge gained to ensure the workshops are cultural and socially relevant for the audience.</li></ul> Please sign up and we will confirm in due course.
